Iconic hotel with awesome staff especially the receptionist. Plenty of good food for meals. Comfortable and cozy room, a shower and bath sheets in the room. Location very close to Sea beach. Also, in the middle of jackson...

The hotel is conveniently located only a short distance from the beach, making it easy to access. The rooms are well-maintained, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The hotel also offers excellent service and a variety of facilities, such as a swimming pool and restaurant with delicious breakfast.
The noises from the fans inside the reception area can be quite loud and disruptive at times.

The Easter holiday was enjoyable, with clean and spacious rooms, and a lovely swimming pool that was well-maintained. the food was tasty and reasonable, a great value for money. the hotel's location was also perfect, close to attractions and activities, making it easy to explore the area.
The reception area was uncomfortably hot, despite the presence of two loud fans. the receptionist's attitude was also unsatisfactory, making the arrival experience challenging.

The room was very comfortable, and the swimming pool was clean and inviting. We enjoyed the food at the hotel's restaurant, where we found a good variety of dishes, and the prices were reasonable. We also appreciated the helpful and friendly service we received from the staff.
The hotel's service was quite bad. We had some issues with our room amenities, but when we asked for assistance, the staff ignored our requests.

I had a very nice stay at Iconic Hotel in Digha. The rooms were awesome and the swimming pool was clean and inviting. But the highlight was definitely the delicious food in the restaurant. The quality and quantity were both great and the prices were very reasonable. I would definitely consider staying at Iconic Hotel again if I visit Digha in the future. I highly recommend this hotel.
I did observe that the receptionist's behavior could be improved, and it would be better if pets were not allowed inside the hotel rooms for the safety of other guests. Despite these minor drawbacks, my experience at Iconic Hotel was very positive and enjoyable.
